What is your return policy?

We make it a priority that the merchandise you receive is in perfect and unused condition. Since we have no way of guaranteeing whether you have worn the ordered clothing, we make it simple by not allowing returns. 

How do I determine what size I need?

We make size charts available for each individual item of clothing. If size charts are not featured on a particular item, simply contact us through our contact page at the top of our website for details.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping prices are based on individual items. The price per unit will decrease with the purchase of more than one item. Take into account that shipping isn't as simple as putting an item in the mailbox. Each item has to be packaged, dressed and personally taken to the post, which all takes time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do! Shipping out of country costs only a little more than it would to ship within the states.

I didn't receive my order, what do I do?

All orders come standard with tracking (US orders only). We are not responsible for lost items. We do offer order insurance that is operated through the USPS. Simply send us an email if you feel this may be a problem. 

Do you offer sponsorships?

Of course! Just like any other sponsorship, it is not a one way deal. Send us your information in the contacts page at the top of the website with your information, why you feel you should be sponsored and how you can further grow Cardinal Mentality by being sponsored.
